People wonder why our Arm Roast is different from all the others... It's ONLY cut from choice, aged at least 21 days, beef with NO PRESERVATIVES or CHEMICALS. 1 ingredient: BEEF, that is cut here at Wild Country, by one of our local butchers, from cattle that have been born, raised, grain fed, and slaughtered in the USA. This roast weighs approximately 2.8-3# and meets the Gabriel family specs for your dinner table.

The Arm Roast is cut from the shoulder and is a lean and tender roast. Chris likes to say that it's a "happy medium" between the Chuck Roast (our most marbled) and the Rump Roast (our most lean).
