Custom Swinging Side of Beef Deposit

This is a traditional "swinging" side of beef sold by the whole carcass on the rail. The average carcass weight is 350-370 pounds per side and you will take home approximately 60-65% of the carcass weight depending on your cutting instructions. The cost is $1999.99 and this price includes all fees. There's a required $375 deposit with the remaining balance due at pick up or delivery. The average processing time takes 3-4 weeks. 1-2 days after the deposit has been made, you'll receive a phone call to discuss cutting instructions and time frame.
