It's ONLY cut from choice, aged at least 21 days, beef with NO PRESERVATIVES or CHEMICALS. 1 ingredient: BEEF, that is cut here at Wild Country, by one of our local butchers, from cattle that have been born, raised, grain fed, and slaughtered in the USA. This roast weighs approximately 2.8-3# and meets the Gabriel family specs for your dinner table.

The Rump Roast is cut from the bottom round and is a great choice if you're looking for a LEAN roast.
