With 25 years experience as a Tulsa area Butcher the Gabriel's opened
Wild Country Meat Market, in 1998.
With a modest 22 feet of retail meat displays,
an 8x10 walk-in cooler & a chest-type freezer,
we quickly set out to secure a respectable place
in retail meat processing in Oklahoma & the meat packing industry.
We worked long, hard hours
as we got acquainted with townsfolk & ranchers in the area.
Over time, we gained the trust & loyalty of our customers
by consistently providing quality products & services,
standing behind our work and maintaining an honest establishment.
Wild Country Meat Market & Custom Processing
Since 1998, we've grown to employ a crew of 45, or so.
Outside of federally inspected meat sales, over-the-counter,
we slaughter and process 50-75 head of livestock every week...
then 'round-about 1,000 deer, in the Fall.
Our plant now covers over 15,000 square feet,
with 3,000 sq. ft. of cooler space & a 600 sq. ft. walk-in freezer.
Outside of Osage County, we boast that many of our customers come from the surrounding counties of
Washington, Pawnee, Tulsa, Creek, Rogers, Kay, Noble, Payne and Nowata.
